Mark Albee, LEED AP
Founder and President
Mark Albee is the Founder and President of Albee Contracting, Inc. Mark has over 20 years of Hands-On and Technical Construction Industry Experience. This is in addition to his 8 years of leadership experience in the U.S. Military, for which he served as an Officer and Helicopter Pilot.
Mark founded Albee Contracting in 2006. Prior to Albee Contracting, Mark worked in corporate management for a large, regional construction company, has managed a local commercial construction company and founded a residential construction company while living in North Carolina. He is a graduate of Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
As President of Albee Contracting, Mark oversees all aspects of Pre-Construction Services, Estimating, Project Management and Field Operations. He personally coordinates with owners, tenants and architects to ensure that the clients’ needs are met from project start to finish and that the project is run successfully and efficiently.
David Miezejeski
Field Superintendent
Dave is a Field Superintendent for Albee Contracting, Inc. He serves as the lead worker effectively supervising and directing the activities of our working crews and subcontractors. He organizes and schedules all work activity and equipment to work in unity with one another in order to achieve maximum production in the most efficient manner. Dave’s thorough knowledge of the materials, methods, practices, machinery, tools and equipment used in construction allows him to interpret and work from construction sketches, penciled layouts and blueprints effectively. He is highly skilled in construction work that involves Carpentry, Plumbing, Masonry, Electricity, Heating and Cooling, and other skilled trades.
Dave has over 20 years of Field Experience including Landscaping, Framing, serving as a Crew Foreman, and operating his own residential remodeling business.
Kim Albee
Office Manager
Kim manages the office and directs all Marketing efforts for Albee Contracting, Inc. She is a graduate of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana with a Bachelor of Arts in both Journalism and Psychology.
Prior to Albee Contracting, Kim served as the Marketing Director for a regional Civil Engineering firm. Kim has over 20 years of professional experience including work in Television, Radio, Magazine, Advertising and Medical Equipment Sales.
